Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Frameout (the “Service”), which helps you design, edit and publish a website with the help of AI. By creating an account, subscribing to a site or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and tell us if you think someone else has gained access.

You can delete your account in Settings. Deleting it takes your published sites offline and cancels every plan (see section 5).

3. The Service

You describe your business, choose from AI-generated design mockups, and the Service builds an editable site from your choice. Drafts can be created and edited for free. AI edits (for example extra designs, redesigns and new pages) are paid for with AI edits you buy in packs for your account and can use on any of your sites; each pack is valid for 12 months and we may give you a small number of AI edits for free, valid for 30 days. Publishing at your built-in address is free. Connecting your own domain needs a hosting plan for that site.

We may change, add or remove features, and we'll try to give notice of changes that materially reduce what a hosting plan includes. We work to keep the Service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. AI-generated content

Designs, copy and images are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content produced for others, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for the content on your site, including that its claims about your business are true and that it complies with the law.

To produce results, the text, images, references and uploads you provide are sent to AI providers that process them for us. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or sensitive personal data you don't want processed this way.

5. Hosting, payments and AI edits

A hosting plan is a subscription for one site at $20 a month or $192 a year, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. It covers connecting your own domain to that site. Monthly plans add 10 AI edits each paid month (these expire 60 days after they are added), capped at 30 per account per 30 days across all your sites; the annual plan adds 120 AI edits once when the year is paid, expiring at the end of that paid year. Each site you host has its own plan. Prices may change for future billing periods; we'll tell you before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does. Taxes are added where required.

AI edits. AI edits are bought in packs as one-time purchases, belong to your account and can be used on any of your sites. Purchased packs expire 12 months after purchase. AI edits bought before 18 October 2026 do not expire. Unused AI edits aren't refunded. An AI edit that fails because of an error on our side is returned to your balance. Edits that don't use AI are never counted.

Cancelling. You can cancel any plan at any time in Settings. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then ends. When a plan ends, that site stays live at its built-in address; your own domain disconnects until you resubscribe. Your content is kept so you can pick up where you left off, and you can still use your AI edits on it.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it for a limited time. If it still can't be collected the plan ends and your domain disconnects.

Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't refund partial periods, unused AI edits, or plans ended by account deletion. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number, and Stripe's own terms apply to payment processing.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit and of the site you build, to the extent the law gives anyone ownership of AI-assisted output. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, display and publish that content solely to run the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers described above.

You promise that you have the rights needed to use your content, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service, or a site built with it, to:

  • break the law or infringe someone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • publish fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or malicious content, including phishing or malware;
  • impersonate a person or organisation, or collect personal data under false pretences;
  • attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its limits, payments or sign-in protections;
  • resell the Service or use automated means to create accounts or sites in bulk.

We may remove content, take a site offline or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk, with notice where it's practical.

8. Published sites and custom domains

Published sites are served from an address on our domain or from a custom domain you connect. You must own or control any domain you connect and keep its DNS settings correct. Subdomain names are first come, first served, and we can reclaim one that is used in breach of these terms.

9. Our property

The Service, including its software, design, templates and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service, not to copy it or build a competing product from it.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we need to by law. After an account is deleted we remove your content, except what we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 4, 6, 9, 11 and 12) do.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that AI-generated output will be accurate, original or suitable for your needs.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
